Training and the provision
of information for computer users at work is an important aspect
of managing the musculoskeletal risk they might be exposed to. By
creating an awareness and understanding amongst users, they can
be empowered to take on a good deal of the responsibility for their
own health.
Our workshops aim to give people an understanding of the body and
how it works. An explanation of the risks associated with regular
computer use and how to recognise signs of trouble at an early stage
is essential if employees are to to take responsibility for their
musculoskeletal health. And finally, teaching people how to deal
with the problems they have identified with their computer workstations
is critical. We cover all these aspects in a tailor-made course
for each group. Contact us for more information on the costs and
content of our workshop.
